Hey, I’m Chris.

I’m a designer who loves big challenges, sharp details, and building with great people. I’ve spent the last 10+ years shipping products across industries, mentoring teams, and proving that design moves business forward.

Nice to meet you 👋

I’m a Lead Product Designer at Twilio with 10+ years of experience shipping products across enterprise collaboration, healthcare, market research, e-commerce, and more. I’ve done everything from bringing 0→1 products to market to leading growth design for large-scale enterprise platforms. My focus is always the same: solving meaningful problems, aligning teams, and delivering design that creates clarity and impact.

I’m at my best working side by side with multidisciplinary teams — shaping the north star vision, telling compelling stories, and sweating the details with testing and research. Collaboration is where the magic happens, and I love building the kind of trust and momentum that lets great ideas take off.

Outside of work, I chase the things that keep me curious and energized. You can probably catch me planning the next trip, brewing too much coffee, or camping with my puppy.

Values

These are the things I keep coming back to, the principles that guide my choices, and the stuff that gets me excited to design.

Design only matters if it makes a difference. Not just beautiful interfaces, but work that helps people do things better and moves the business forward in ways you can actually see. For me, the joy is in connecting the dots between customers, strategy, metrics, and execution. And proving that great design has real staying power.

Great design builds businesses

I’m a big believer that momentum beats perfection. My favorite work has come from putting things out there, testing them, and learning fast. Every experiment, whether it succeeds or fails, teaches us something that sharpens the path ahead. And honestly, half the fun of design is being surprised by what we didn’t expect to find.

Experimentation is the accelerator

I lead by staying deep in the work and pushing for design of the highest caliber. I create space for critique, keep teams locked on the details and interactions that shape real experiences, and never let the craft slip. Leadership to me is setting a clear vision and making sure the work lives up to it every step of the way.

Leadership starts from craft

The tools evolve, the trends come and go, AI will keep transforming how we work. But design has always been about people. I love building alongside smart, curious teams, bringing folks into the process, and creating things none of us could have done alone. At the end of the day, that’s what makes all the hard work worth it.

People are the constant
